Wrap your leg [or arm or wherever you want your contract] with [the daily number of pages that are used, does not buckle when they] are retired. Tied together. Apply 2-3 layers of newspaper strips of tissue roll kitchen white glue diluted with water, the entire structure. allow to dry for a few days. Voila! They have a cast ready. Give your friends and easily fooled.
This is to make a very cheap and easy to wrong tool.

You could take a few modroc a form of the leg by his friend, perhaps? That would be a good size ..
You can even to the allowance for modroc:) It would be very convincing .. If you can not use bandages to form
