I did get pretty lucky with Oxyclean in food stains, including red wine. Just follow the instructions for mixing with water and make sure dissolved or undissolved bits are bright spots.

You may have problems with this .. But you can try if the principles below (or a portion of which will be presented)

The best way to deal with any type of stains always should be recognized immediately had no time to make a permanent stain.

Soak in cold water first. Leave it to the pool for several hours if necessary. Do not use warm or hot when it comes to any type of stain. Heat sets the stain.

When the cold water but do not remove the blood, then add more than 1 / 4 cup of hydrogen peroxide and cold water, let this set. Test a small area first comfortor. Peroxide is a bleaching agent and may cause discolouration. You may need to add more peroxide.

Finally, empty the sink and fill with 1 / 3 cup of vinegar and cold water. The vinegar rinse all peroxide-out. Dry the blanket in the dryer. When the blood has not been removed (you can hide in the stack) will draw blood to the surface and the stain.
